The Business Registration Service (BRS) wishes to inform all registered entities that, effective Thursday, August 14, 2025, the system will archive the following pending applications:
- Link Business applications pending as a draft from 2017 to 2024.
- Link Business applications pending corrections, but it has not been acted upon
- from 2017 to 2021
This clean-up initiative is part of ongoing efforts to enhance efficiency at the Companies Registry, keep entity records current, and maintain a smooth application process for new users — in line with the Companies Act, CAP 486.
What You Need To Do:
If you have any affected applications, ensure you:
- Submit your draft or
- Respond to any pending correction requests
Failure to act will result in your application being archived, and it will no longer be available for review or submission.
